Cancellation Policy
Please note there will be no refunds issued once you have a booked a training session. However, if you contact us with greater than 24 hours notice you may be eligible, but not guaranteed, to reschedule for a future training sessions based upon availability. On The Mark Consulting Services does not guarantee reschedule eligibility and is at the sole discretion of On The Mark Consulting Services. Please understand that On The Mark Consulting Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or other extenuating environmental or external circumstances beyond our control without prior notice. Any student who does not show up to a class or reschedule 24 hours in advance will not be issued a refund or allowed to reschedule.
